These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this online sofa furniture shop website operated by AIDEN CAMPBELL, located in New Zealand. By accessing and placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products

We sell sofas and related furniture products. All product descriptions are provided in good faith. Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual items may vary slightly in fabric colour, texture, size and finish due to screen display differences and material batches.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed at checkout before your order will be processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment fails or pricing errors occur.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When you submit an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock shortages, manufacturing delays, or errors in product or pricing information. We will notify you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

4. Delivery

Delivery service is available within New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially for made-to-order furniture. You must ensure the delivery location has suitable access for large furniture items including stairways, doorways and hallways. Risk of loss and damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Custom-made or specially ordered sofas cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect goods, you must contact us promptly with photos of the items and packaging so we can assess your claim. We may offer repair, replacement or refund at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, customer’s wrong size/colour choice are not covered for return.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information. You are responsible for checking that the sofa dimensions fit your space and entryways before ordering. You may not use our website for fraudulent, unlawful or disruptive purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

AIDEN CAMPBELL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability under New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
